Myrtle Creek, OR 97457 (512) 525-5221 matthewherber10@gmail.com

Summary

Fabricator and self-taught web operator, built side by side over the same eight years. 15+ years of welding, mechanical, and custom vehicle work. In parallel, taught myself web development, SEO, analytics, and AI-assisted coding well enough to run a company's entire digital presence solo.

Now offering both: hands-on shop or fleet work, or that same web and digital skill set, independently.

  • Owned every side of the business — staffing, bookkeeping, scheduling, vendor negotiation, and customer service — for eight years with no office staff.
  • Self-taught web development, SEO, and analytics, and built the company's entire digital presence — site, tracking stack, and booking integration — then used Search Console and GA4 data to find and fix underperforming pages.
  • Designed and ran a live 50/50 split test (champion vs. challenger) on the production site, then rolled the higher-converting version out sitewide.
